The Canada Helps program has been very good, but comes with a 3% processing fee. By contrast, 100% of the donations or payments made through Interac go directly to our St. Anne Parish.<\/p>\n\n      <h2>How to send an e-Transfer<\/h2>\n      <p>Interac e-Transfers are sent via your online bank. You can use either a computer browser or a bank-specific mobile phone application to set it up.<\/p>\n\n      <h3>Add St. Anne Parish as a Payee<\/h3>\n      <p>The first time you send the Parish an e-Transfer, you need to create a new Payee. Depending on your bank, this step may be automatically done as part of sending an e-Transfer, but you can usually also do it manually.<\/p>\n      <ol>\n        <li>Log into your online bank account<\/li>\n        <li>Look for a heading like <strong>Interac E-Transfers<\/strong> or Transfer money<\/li>\n        <li>Find the <strong>Contacts<\/strong> or <strong>Payees<\/strong> section<\/li>\n        <li>Create a new contact\/payee, to be notified by email. Use the following email address:<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n      <a class=\"interac-email\" href=\"mailto:office@stannespeterborough.ca\">office@stannespeterborough.ca<\/a>\n      <p>Ensure you enter the email address correctly and exactly as above.<\/p>\n      <p>To ensure maximum security, <strong>auto deposit<\/strong> is set up for our Parish. This means there is no security question and answer needed for transfers to our Parish. The money will automatically be deposited in our Parish bank account as directed by you.<\/p>\n\n      <h3>Make an E-Transfer<\/h3>\n      <ol>\n        <li>Log into your online bank account<\/li>\n        <li>Look for a heading like <strong>Interac E-Transfers<\/strong> or <strong>Transfer money<\/strong><\/li>\n        <li>Enter your donation Amount<\/li>\n        <li>Select the account you are donating from<\/li>\n        <li>Select the previously made St. Anne Parish payee, or complete the email address section of the recipient <a href=\"mailto:office@stannespeterborough.ca\">office@stannespeterborough.ca<\/a><\/li>\n        <li>In the memo line or message box, add:\n          <ul>\n            <li>Your name<\/li>\n            <li>Your address<\/li>\n            <li>The Offertory or payment type (see below)<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>Before sending, verify the details of your e-transfer<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n      <p>Reminder: Auto-deposit is set up for our Parish, so there\u2019s NO need for a security question and answer.
